Thank you for shopping at OXFORD STATIONERS if you wish to return the product, below are the conditions that are applicable for the eligibility to return the product.

 In case of unlikely event of receiving a defective product, we will exchange and provide a free replacement.

 The defective product needs to be shipped back to us within 5 days of receipt, with the original Invoice, label, tag in place, in as is condition as was delivered to the customer. The product must be in the original packaging.

 Please note that it is the sender’s responsibility to ensure we receive the product back in proper condition. Therefore, we recommend to send the product through reliable courier with the tracking number. If the Parcel goes missing or remains undelivered, we will be unable to process refund or replacement.

Please pack the products properly and courier it as per the location address mentioned below.

After the expiry of 5 days from the date of receipt, no request for refund or replacement will be entertained.

We shall examine and quality check the product and determine whether the product is in its original condition with its original packing intact.

The returned item needs to have the proof of purchase along with the return.

Order once placed, will not be cancelled.
